At Shri Radhey Fabrics, we strive to provide premium quality fabrics and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for verification.

Refunds

Once the issue is verified by our team, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or printed-on-demand fabrics
• Cut fabric orders
• Bulk/wholesale orders after approval
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchange

Exchange is possible only for eligible damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

For any support, please contact our team directly through WhatsApp or email. using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
